All orders are shipped within Kuwait only.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please note that delivery times may vary during public holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all original tags and packaging.
Items marked Final Sale, gift cards, and any products that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
